Roasting / Coating Machine (30 Kg Model)
The Roasting Machine / Coating Machine (30 Kg Model) by Synchromech is a two-in-one machine for food businesses that roast raw ingredients and coat or flavour finished snacks in large batches. The 30 kg capacity is our largest size, built for businesses that roast and coat large quantities every day.
The machine starts on electricity and heats with gas. A 1.5 HP electric motor turns the drum so the material keeps moving, while gas heats it for roasting. This keeps roasting even and keeps electricity use low, because the motor is the only electrical load. It roasts red chillies, peanuts, pulses, rice, mixed spices and seeds. Switch to mixing and coating, and the same machine blends and coats namkeen and farsan products with masala, flavouring and seasoning.
The stainless steel body and 27 inch drum are built for hygienic, daily commercial use. The large drum gives the material room to tumble, which helps large batches roast and coat evenly. At 120 Kg, the machine is a sturdy unit for a production floor.
The machine works well alongside Synchromech Electric Fryer Machines and Automatic Farsan Making Machine: fry the snack, then coat it in the same line. Smaller operations can choose the 10 kg or 20 kg model.
As a trusted food processing machine manufacturer in India, Synchromech Food Machines builds this machine in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. We supply it across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and the rest of India, with installation guidance and after-sales support.
