Automatic Shankarpali Making Machine (Big Model)
The Automatic Shankarpali Making Machine (Big Model) by Synchromech makes shankarpali and similar snacks quickly and easily, and it supports higher production than our small model. It saves time, cuts manual work and keeps the pieces uniform from batch to batch.
It makes sweet shankarpali, spicy shankarpali (namak para) and diamond cuts, and it can make other similar dough-based snacks depending on the dough and cutting setup. Output is approximately 45 kg per hour, about three times the 15 kg per hour of the small model. Actual output varies with the size, thickness and type of snack.
A 0.50 HP motor drives the machine. At 56 x 23 x 36 inches and 110 kg, it suits a regular production floor or a growing snack unit. The design is easy to operate and built for regular commercial production.
Pair it with Synchromech Electric Fryer Machines to fry the finished pieces, and with the Atta Kneading Machine to prepare the dough in bulk. If your volume is smaller, see the Small Model.
